Although this is a very funny video, the lesson they are trying to teach is real. My co-worker's son's entire school was made to watch this and students are encouraged to start coughing that way. Many of you may have noticed my brother sneeze this way at church and thought it was a little odd (I think it's kind of gross), but it appears that he's been pretty smart all along.
